If you don’t do this one thing in your email marketing, you are losing out on thousands.

This “thing” is nothing complicated.

Nor is it even gonna cost you a single penny to implement.

But soooo many business people don’t do this in their emails and they’re losing out on thousands of pounds/dollars because of it.

But before I tell you what it is, here’s a quick story that demonstrates just how important it is to make sure you’re doing the simple things in EVERYTHING you do, and the potential consequences you could suffer if you don’t.

So… There was this guy at the gym I used to train at when I was at uni, called Andy.

If I had to guess, I’d say he was late thirties, early forties.

Anyway.

Andy was a bodybuilder and had been training super-hard for a bodybuilding show.

But, only a couple of weeks before his show, Andy suddenly stopped coming to the gym.

This was obviously strange.

Plus, his usual training partner was still turning up, so it wasn’t as though they’d just decided to start coming at a different time.

So I asked his partner, what had happened to Andy?

It turned out that, after having trained so hard and dieted so strictly, Andy had badly torn his hamstring. Meaning he wouldn’t be competing in his show.

And his mate said it was only because he’d failed to warm-up before his sessions.

Think about it:

He’d sacrificed a load of time, money and effort in his quest to compete. Yet because he didn’t do such a simple thing – warm up, making sure his muscles would be “ready” for the intensity of the session – all his efforts had been for absolutely nothing.

So now I’ve shown you the sheer importance of doing the simple things, let me tell you what simple thing YOU need to be doing in your emails that will see you make a lot more money.

The answer:

Always, always, always ask for the sale in every single email you send to your email list (which, of course, should be every day if you’re doing it right).

Because it doesn’t matter how big your email list is, nor even how much your readers love hearing from you… if you then don’t ask for the sale.
